There is Always a Solution

Life is testing us every day. Those challenges are keep coming and what we do is responding to them. There could be many ways to respond or to react. Deal with them instantly, procrastinate responding to them or look away and ignore them completely.

Sometimes it is easy to find a solution and we can move on quickly but when we have to face those major life events and challenges then most of the time we become overwhelmed by the situation and for a while nothing else has room to exist in our reality.

This is absolutely acceptable and understandable because it happens to all of us.

The question is that for how long we stay in that state of being taken over by the situation and then start looking for a solution.

Let’s say we encounter a problem in our lives and first we get paralyzed by it. Then we start thinking about it and try to comprehend what it is about.

Our mind likes this stage and it will do everything to keep us in it by being occupied with the problem.

Doing that so the mind will be engaged circling around the problem with full capacity and even magnify it making us believe in something which is not even part of the original issue.
If we are conscious and aware of what is happening then we can stop our mind doing that.

What we have to do is to get in charge, stop the mind and start focusing on the solution instead of the problem.

When we think this way and do the intentional shift then we open up ourselves for the solution to find us.

The thing is that the solution is always there but focusing on the problem prevents us to be able to see it.

Thinking about the solution making us receptive for the idea, the intuition and the information which is always available for us.

In the past I allowed my mind to be in charge without even being aware what was going on but then I learned how to make the shift and focus on finding a solution for my problems and challenges. In my personal life situations
I was able to stop my mind creating fear, worry and anxiety related to focusing on the problem and with that I could open up myself for the flow of energy, the flow of information to reach me.

What really changed everything was that I had learned not to identify myself with the problem or the situation but to    detach myself from it and look at it like an independent observer and see the big picture not only including the problem but the solution as well.

Doing that allowed me to make the shift and start focusing on the solution.

It was amazing how much easier I could overcome problems this way.

The information began to flow in, I got ideas and intuitions and also those helpful coincidences and synchronicities started to happen. They were all there helping me to find a solution for the challenge.

This could be the perfect solution from now on I had thought but then not too long ago I realized that there was more to learn.

Life put me into a situation where everything started the same way but for some reason my approach of detaching myself, being an independent observer, looking for the solution just was not enough to solve the problem.

My ego took advantage of the opportunity and came up with very disturbing possible scenarios which were not beneficial for me at all.

I was unable to figure out what to do for weeks and I felt that instead of being open and receptive for the solution I was sinking into the state where I couldn’t think about anything else but the problem.

I needed to stop this downward spiral and get back into charge over my mind.

I told myself: “I have done everything I could, now the only option still available is to surrender myself”.So I decided to surrender myself to the Universe, the Source or God. (It is not the name but the meaning behind it)

It was not only saying it in words but feeling it on the deepest level within me. It was believing it with no doubt at all.

I did let go of control and allowed myself to be taken care of by the mindset of faith, trust and belief.
Interestingly the solution was there within a couple of days represented by a synchronicity. Based on the actual circumstances it felt so obvious that it just couldn’t have been a mere coincidence.
It was a complete turnover and not only a solution for the problem but also a beginning of a brand new life direction.

We can say that all of our experiences are teaching us something. Whether they are about overcoming small issues and learning to be successful or dealing with bigger problems and exploring our options to handle them on the effective way or learning how it is to surrender with faith, trust and belief.

It takes time, effort and perseverance finding the right way to respond these obstacles and challenges but the good thing is that the answer and the solution is always there available for us. We just have to take charge, open our minds, expand our consciousness and find the solution or let it finding us!
