There is Always a Solution

Image
Life is testing us every day. Those challenges are keep coming and what we do is responding to them. There could be many ways to respond or to react. Deal with them instantly, procrastinate responding to them or look away and ignore them completely. Sometimes it is easy to find a solution and we can move on quickly but when we have to face those major life events and challenges then most of the time we become overwhelmed by the situation and for a while nothing else has room to exist in our reality. This is absolutely acceptable and understandable because it happens to all of us. The question is that for how long we stay in that state of being taken over by the situation and then start looking for a solution. Let’s say we encounter a problem in our lives and first we get paralyzed by it. Then we start thinking about it and try to comprehend what it is about. Our mind likes this stage and it will do everything to keep us in it by being occupied with the problem. Doing that so ...

We All Agreed to Do This

Image
Life is like an agreement. Before we are born we construct it, negotiate it, modify it and then we go through life according what we agreed to experience in our contract. It was more than 15 years ago when I was introduced to this idea. I don’t remember where it came from but actually I liked it and it felt genuine right away. Despite of accepting and believing it I had no idea how to apply it on my life back then. But now I am grateful to have this concept in my reality because it allows me to have a different perspective on life. I have gone through so many things in the past few decades and just like everybody else experienced certain life events, challenges and difficulties. They were good and bad, one after another. My view on the bad ones was very critical with victim mentality, self-blaming and anger and I didn’t really have a much better view on the good ones either as so many times I felt unworthy and undeserving related to them. Not exclusively but especially ...

Dolores Cannon and The Three Waves of Volunteers

Image
It was 2020 when I read the book The Three Waves of Volunteers and The New Earth from Dolores Cannon. Interestingly it happened at the time when my spiritual awakening just turned into a new chapter. The right book at the right time... As I was reading it I felt that this book was written for me and almost fully was talking about my thoughts, feelings and experiences. It was like an explanation to my life but from a completely different perspective. According to her description I am a Second Wave Volunteer .      ·  Feeling that life is a contract This is a long time thought of mine. I can’t point out its origin but it always felt so obvious. ·  Feeling of not belonging here This feeling started at the early adolescent age and became stronger as the years went by. If we accept that the reality we experience is a reflection of our inner self then this "not belonging here" feeling is definitely a steady aspect of the past decades. ·  Physica...

Being in the Middle of a Transition

Image
Long before I turned 45 I was having these feelings - in the gut and not in the head - that the age 45 and 46 will be a significant shift in my life. Numerology was supporting these strong feelings based on that the age of 45 (4+5=9) was representing the end of something and the age of 46 (4+6=10=1) was representing the beginning of something else, something new. Also if I consider the 27yr cycles and within them the three 9yr cycles then I can confirm that they were all matching with major changes in my life.   9           18(1+8=9),        27(2+7=9),         36(3+6=9)        45(4+5=9)… 10(1+0=1)      19(1+9=10=1)        28(2+8=10=1)        37(3+7=10=1)        46(4+6=10=1)… In numerology every number has its signific...

This guided meditation is about everything what I use as a reminder and guidance for myself.

Take Care of Your Body Not Only Your Mind

Image
During our awakening process we tend to focus on our mind and our spiritual practices but we have to pay attention to our bodies as well. In order to have a healthy body we need a healthy mind but this also true the other way hence a healthy mind requires a healthy body. A dedicated lifestyle including our diet and exercises helps us to feel better in a well maintained body and also makes it easier to endure the changes as we are going through the different stages of our spiritual awakening.  Before the accelerated part of my spiritual awakening started back there in the early 2020 I had gone through a transformation related to my body. I have been into sports since childhood and later in my adulthood - beside other things - this meant going to the gym on the frequent basis.  In the late 2019 I decided to gain more muscles and within two months or so I had accomplished this goal. It was like a 10lbs gain of muscle and some fat. It didn’t take too long when I st...

What is Reality?

Image
This three dimensional physical reality is nothing more than an illusion. It is a platform for consciousness to experience itself. And we are not only part of this illusion but actually we are consciousness having the experience.   We think of our bodies as our identity. This is who we are we think but we are not the body. Our body is nothing more than a tool and we use this tool to navigate and operate in this three dimensional physical reality. The experience starts when we are born and ends when we die but it only means the time period for using that body, that tool. Then if it is necessary we start using another tool, another body a nd start having different kind of experiences again. It doesn’t have a beginning and it doesn’t have an end. Birth and death is just the beginning and end in this virtual reality. It doesn’t affect consciousness because it is the one utilizing this virtual reality in order to have the experience. We often say that when we die our soul...

How to Change the World

Image
We are living in extraordinary times. Everything is changing around us with incredible speed and we have the feeling of losing control or already have no control at all. We look around us and have this desire to change the world. We want to prevent certain things to happen or happen in a different way but some of these things taking place on the global scale and we feel just too small and insignificant to have any kind of effect on these occurrences. According to science the universe does work like a hologram. Every little change on the small scale is being reflected back on the big scale as a matching modification in the whole. We are part of this hologram too therefore the changes we make, especially the changes we make within ourselves will be reflected back to us on the big scale called our life or reality. We can take a look within and see if we find the same kind of features that are represented in the outside world around us just like fear, distrust, resentment, anger, etc. Reco...

The Manipulative Mind

Image
In ancient times humans didn’t have the scientific explanation for life, nature and reality. The level of consciousness what was represented by them at that time allowed them only to have a limited degree of comprehension of things in their lives. Eventually evolution and the expansion of consciousness made humanity capable to not only understand simple things but also to establish concepts for abstract ideas just like the superior beings or gods. Related to that still many things had been waiting for explanation for example the thunder and thunderbolts. They had no understanding why it was happening in the sky and started to explain it with that the gods were angry at them. Even though this concept was not so pleasuring but finally gave them an answer and reference point what was happening.  Also this unscientific explanation was not even close to the truth – and didn’t really served them because then they had to deal with the anger of those gods at them – but at ...

The Awakening of a Cell

Once upon a time there was a cell in a human being. That cell was actually a skin cell. He was living his everyday life, was doing his job and kept developing his self-identity based on his observations and experiences. He was having a fairly good life but he never felt happy with it. His dream was to become a brain cell. He had that kind of a low self-esteem based on that inside voice kept telling him that “you are just a skin cell” and he thought that becoming a brain cell would get him the respect, recognition and happiness he always wanted to have. He had spent his time focusing on this transformation but it just didn’t want to happen. He got depressed, lost and discouraged not only because he was unable to achieve his goal but also because he saw those other cells around him being content and happy with their life.  He just couldn’t understand why the failure and lack of success was happening to him.  He was looking for the answer in his world around him but with no res...
